In order to ensure that your Oral Presentation runs smoothly a number of services and facilities will be provided for you. Please take the time to read the following advice for your presentation.

Should you wish to and for your convenience, you can now upload your Oral Presentation prior to the Conference via an FTP site.
This facility has been introduced in order to:
- save you time
- provide a back up for your presentation
- avoid congestions at the speaker preparation room

Please note that authors are requested to name their presentations with their Family name, underscore and paper number. For example: Brown_985

Abstract Submission Guidelines
General Policies And Requirements For The Submission Of Abstracts
- All abstracts must be original work.
- All abstracts must be prepared as per the guidelines provided. Incomplete or incorrect submissions will be returned to the presenting author and must be resubmitted correctly by the deadline to be considered for presentation.
- All abstracts will be peer reviewed by the Program Committee. The Program Committee reserves the right to accept or reject abstracts for inclusion in the program and to change your submission preference from oral to poster or visa versa.
- Abstracts in the program will be grouped by themes and symposia. Please indicate the theme most suitable to your abstract. Please note this does not guarantee that your abstract will be grouped within this theme in the final program.
- A non-refundable abstract processing fee of A$130.00 is payable at the time of abstract submission. This fee is payable by the presenting author who makes the submission and is based on a per abstract submitted basis regardless of the number of contributing authors.
- Presenting authors will be also required to register for the Conference in order for their abstract to be accepted.
- Please note that presenting authors
can submit one abstract only.
