Opportunities for Financial Support
The Organising Committee is keen to ensure that as many students and early career researchers as possible are able to attend this conference, and continue to work tirelessly towards this end.
Applications to external organisations
A number of professional societies and organisations in various countries welcome applications from students and early career researchers, particularly those requesting travel grants to assist their participation in international conferences. Please speak with your supervisor or colleagues to determine which sources may be available to you, what the application processes entail, and when the deadlines are. We have listed a small number of these here as a guide. You should also check whether your institution has a scheme to provide funds or match support secured from other sources. Please note that in the case of PhD students from the USA, NSF have generously set aside travel funds specifically for attendance at this conference. These funds are administered by the Geochemical Society.
